With strict analysis of existing systems and frameworks under the Bairns Hoose and UNCRC Standards, we provide the highest quality of consultancy and allow partners to steer their partnership towards an end goal that will give vulnerable individuals the opportunity to feel safe, whilst also dealing with any aspects that may have been traumatic in the past.
With previous experience working with higher education in Scotland, we have first-hand experience with how universities and colleges are run and what existing safeguarding systems are in place. This allows us to identify issues that prevent both students and staff from feeling safe on and off campus, directly affecting their studies and work.
Our experience in dealing with complex systems and structures here at TICCS allows us to use technology in an efficient and productive way, ensuring partners are kept informed on operations and given clean and understandable debriefs regularly. This allows us to utilise expert knowledge whilst navigating complex frameworks and agencies that may otherwise have proven difficult.
Our previous data analysis work using thousands of pieces of data alongside our use of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI to create detailed and appropriate visuals results in a singular, clear and detailed report. This report gives educated and rational conclusions for past performance, existing structures and future roadmaps so that partners know exactly what to work towards and how to achieve it.
