It's a chance for us to understand your organisation's concerns, explain how TICCS could help, and agree with you whether a paid diagnostic or another service would be useful. It isn't an assessment of your arrangements and doesn't produce findings.
The Safeguarding Diagnostic is a paid, structured, independent review of your safeguarding system. It is scoped with you before any work begins and ends with a clear written report, presentation and discussion.
The scoping conversation is completely free and carries no obligation. If, after the conversation, you'd like to commission further support from TICCS, whether it be a Safeguarding Diagnostic, training, or ongoing consultancy, we'll provide a tailored proposal based on your organisation's size and needs.
We're transparent about costs from the outset and won't push you toward services you don't need.
Absolutely. Everything shared during your scoping conversation is treated in strict confidence. We will never sell your details, and we only share them with the service providers we use to run our business. Our Privacy Policy lists who they are and how we handle your data.

As a Scottish based business, we have extensive experience in working in many different sectors all around the country, including local authorities, education, healthcare and more.
As such, distances between us and partners rarely becomes an issue, as we are flexible in our diagnostics and implementations, as well as our effective use of technology to help bridge the physical gap that may exist.
That's exactly what the scoping conversation is for. As we want to work with our partners and accommodate for any constraints that may exist, it is completely free and designed to be as flexible as possible. It is the best way for us to understand the concerns and factors that may affect your organisation or sector, and to agree with you whether a paid Safeguarding Diagnostic or another service would be useful. We do not have a rigid blueprint that we expect clients to conform to, as every situation will be entirely different.
Your scoping conversation will be with a member of the TICCS team. If you go on to commission a paid Safeguarding Diagnostic, it is typically conducted by a qualified TICCS Team Member, who will review current frameworks, practices and even physical locations to determine what the next best approach to your situation will be. This will then be clarified with you, as we work around your preferences and constraints, to come to an agreement of where to go next.
